Clear Contractors is looking for a passionate and experienced Residential Remodeling Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing team!!! Your role would foster company growth and stability by cultivating long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and a positive client experience.

The successful candidate will have a high motivation for sales, enjoy building client relationships, and thrive in an environment where you balance your own schedule.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of previous sales experience working on residential projects and will have a solid understanding of the requirements that are involved with general contracting.

Responsibilities:



Call and/or email all new leads by the end of the work day or within the first hour of work the next morning. Arrive at all Consultation Visits well prepared with the goal of assisting clients towards a signed Pre-Construction Agreement. Ensure each client's vision and choices are accurately communicated to team members, subcontractors, and project manager. Promptly, Proactively, and Accurately coordinate and follow up with the appropriate team members & professionals to guide the client towards the next steps. Create long-term client & business contact relationships. Network and inquire of clients & business contacts for referrals to bring in new leads. Data entry into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software. Notify Chief Brand Officer (CBO), Project Manager, and Client of any important changes. Maintain a synergistic relationship with the Project Manager to accomplish the client's vision.

Preferred Education / Experience



Customer service background. Reaching and exceeding sales goals. Sales Closing skills. Possess 3-5 years of industry sales experience. Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. Industry knowledge of residential features & products. Presentation Skills.

Compensation:



Other than in-home meetings with clients or business contacts, this position is work from home.

This position can be Part-Time or Full-Time.

Own clientele - work from home days - independent - create your own schedule!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
