We're looking for a bilingual real estate agent (English/Spanish) to join our growing team and help serve our Spanish-speaking clients with excellence and care.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings effectively across various channels Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations including Fair Housing laws Manage administrative tasks such as preparing documents, maintaining client records, and coordinating appointments Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with real estate law and ethical standards during all transactions Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to expand the network

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively Excellent marketing abilities to promote listings creatively and efficiently Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse clientele (preferred) Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and legal aspects of real estate transactions Effective communication skills for clear negotiations and client interactions Familiarity with property management practices and real estate law Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client files simultaneously Administrative experience related to real estate operations is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
