Experience Maintenance Technician needed for residential apartment complex in Forest, MS.
Responsible for maintenance of plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping, and apartment turnover, vendor management, apartment standards and successful management of maintenance requests in a timely manner. May be assigned a variety of other tasks by supervisor.
