Letterman & Sons is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Residential Project Manager Assistant
to join our team, serving residential construction and remodeling projects throughout Knox and Blount Counties.
The ideal candidate will have
at least 5 years of hands-on experience
in residential construction and remodeling, with a solid understanding of the entire building process--from foundations to roofing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and overseeing construction projects
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Perform material take-offs and order supplies as needed
Monitor project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients effectively
Maintain job site documentation and assist with scheduling
Support on-site operations to ensure work meets quality standards
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in residential construction and remodeling
Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents
Ability to formulate accurate material take-offs
Comprehensive knowledge of the construction process from start to finish
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Willingness to work
7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
, Monday through Friday, with some
Saturdays required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
