Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day operations of residential programs. Ensure goals are met in areas including safety, quality, training, documentation, and team performance. Interface with area agencies and guardians as well as other team members for meetings. Provide a quality assurance overview of residential homes and paperwork associated with the homes.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree with relevant management experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
