Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a

Program Manager

to oversee a student residence and lead a dedicated team of Youth Counselors, Community Leaders, and Assistant Program Managers. This is a leadership role where you'll create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for at-risk youth while mentoring staff and ensuring program excellence.

About Us:

Founded in 2003, MPA is a growing nonprofit alliance dedicated to helping adolescents discover their potential and succeed in life. We provide residential treatment, community-based programs, and special education services across New England.

What You'll Do:

Manage daily operations of a student residence Supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with policies and treatment plans Coordinate recreational and educational activities for youth Maintain communication with clinical teams and document services accurately Oversee scheduling, time sheets, and facility needs Provide behavioral management and crisis intervention Foster a positive, therapeutic environment for youth and staff

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Valid driver's license and ability to meet safe driver guidelines
+ 21+ years old
+ Background check clearance
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree

OR

60 college credits

OR

2 years of experience working with youth

OR

7 years parenting experience

Preferred:

+ Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
+ 3+ years of relevant experience
+ 2+ years of supervisory experience
