What will our next Residential Plumbing Salesperson do?
The successful Residential Plumbing Advisor candidate will be responsible for selling plumbing services to residential customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and generating new business through prospecting and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES of our next Residential Plumbing Salesperson:
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
\xe2\x97\x8f Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services.
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct on-site inspections of customer properties to assess their plumbing needs and provide estimates for services
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers and negotiate pricing and terms as needed
\xe2\x97\x8f Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
\xe2\x97\x8f Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
\xe2\x97\x8f Follow up on company-generated sales leads using strong relationship-building skills with new and existing residential customers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Generate sales revenue through new account targets.
\xe2\x97\x8f A complete inspection of the customer\'s sewer lines and drains using a video recording monitor and camera reel
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with management to schedule and complete service appointments in a timely and efficient manner
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service orders
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies
\xe2\x97\x8f Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective prospecting, marketing, and sales techniques
\xe2\x97\x8f Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date on the latest plumbing trends and technologies
\xe2\x97\x8f Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS for our next Residential Plumbing Salesperson:
\xe2\x97\x8f At least 2+ years of proven, successful sales experience in Home Services is required.
\xe2\x97\x8f Plumbing Sales Experience is a plus!
\xe2\x97\x8f A mechanical and technical aptitude.
\xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
\xe2\x97\x8f High integrity, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
\xe2\x97\x8f Effective time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
\xe2\x97\x8f Valid driver\'s license, clean/safe driving record, reliable transportation
\xe2\x97\x8f Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed \xe2\x97\x8f Successful track record as a sales closer
\xe2\x97\x8f Physical Demands:
\xe2\x97\x8b Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
\xe2\x97\x8b Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
