, you'll be the dependable, compassionate presence that helps keep our residents healthy, supported, and thriving. You'll bring professionalism, empathy, and heart to every interaction -- because at New Hope, we believe in enriching lives every single day.

What You'll Do

Be a champion of New Hope's mission:

Enriching Lives

Provide direct nursing care as needed Remain on-call during weekend hours Ensure all care aligns with policies, procedures, and regulations Build meaningful connections while supporting residents' unique health and wellness needs Lend a helping hand -- lift and transfer individuals (with assistance), and keep things moving by pushing wheelchairs or med carts

What We're Looking For

License & Certifications

Unencumbered RN/LPN license in Iowa Valid driver's license and chauffeur's license (D3) with a good driving record Ability to complete the Safety Care Training Course
