We're currently looking for a
Residential Maintenance Inspector
to join our team. This role is all about being hands-on and detail-focused. You'll be out in the field inspecting properties, taking notes and photos, and making sure everything is safe, comfortable, and up to standard for our tenants. Your work plays a big part in how we care for the community--and we take that responsibility seriously.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete regular property inspections (both inside and out) within assigned zip codes
Spot and document repairs, damage, or violations--snap photos and write up what you see
Create work orders based on your inspections so our maintenance team can act fast
Help with office tasks like data entry and paperwork
Assist in reviewing security deposit deductions and organizing maintenance charges
Support other teams--Leasing, Maintenance, Accounting, and Management--when needed. We all pitch in!
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Experience with rental inspections or general maintenance is great, but not required
Familiarity with AppFolio Property Manager software is a bonus
SKILLS
You're detail-oriented and good at spotting things others might miss
You can stay organized, focused, and efficient--especially during busy seasons
You're a self-starter but also enjoy working with a team
Solid communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
You take pride in your appearance and how you represent the company

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
