Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team and help drive occupancy at our multifamily community in the South Atlanta area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, excels at marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced property management environment.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively market available units through social media platforms and outreach to local businesses and community partners Engage with prospective residents to understand their housing needs and match them with the best available options Conduct property tours, showcasing units and highlighting community amenities, features, and lease terms Screen rental applications to ensure they meet company qualification standards and compliance requirements Support the move-in and move-out process, including unit inspections, use of property management software, and completion of required paperwork Maintain organized, accurate records of all leasing activities and follow up consistently with prospects and current residents Provide excellent service to existing residents and assist with their ongoing needs

Qualifications



Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or residential leasing Strong marketing, sales, and customer service abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using property management software Reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about creating a positive resident experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
