What you'll do
Delight clients; on?site & remote.
Diagnose, repair, and optimize Windows PCs/Macs, smartphones/tablets, printers, and home Wi?Fi/mesh setups--always with a calm, concierge?level experience.
Consult & educate.
Recommend practical upgrades (backups, password managers, cybersecurity hygiene) and teach clients in clear, jargon?free language.
Document & communicate.
Capture clean notes/photos and next steps; triage incoming calls as needed.
Collaborate.
Coordinate scheduling, parts/equipment readiness, and service quality with the team.

Compensation, commission & perks
$50,000 per year
to start, with an
automatic bump to $60,000 per year
upon passing your
90?day review

Sell
2 Home Support Memberships per month

Commission:
10% of the annual revenue

contracts you personally sold

Mileage reimbursement:
