Our technicians are the provider of choice for many of the residential homes, apartment/ multi-family complexes, offices and other buildings that utilize HVAC. As we continue to grow and thrive, we are seeking skilled Residential HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our team of experts!
Our Residential HVAC Service Technicians not only provide quality service, diagnosis, and repairs, but they serve as the main communication link between the client and our company. Due to the wide variety of activities, our Residential HVAC Service Technicians require a wide range of skills, which include:
- Heating, Ventilation and Cooling equipment for residential homes, apartment/ multi-family complexes, and offices
- Perform preventive maintenance on all types of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Service area primarily 100-mile radius of home shop
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Package roof-top units, Cooling towers and Boilers
- Commercial and Industrial property equipment
- Commercial kitchen equipment and Kitchen exhausts and make up air units.
- Grocery Store and small commercial refrigeration, including Walk-Ins and Ice Machines
- Self-contained refrigeration units

Hourly wages range between $24.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our wage packages include Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plans, Profit Sharing and continuing education. Company vehicles, fuel cards and tools are provided as well!
Requirements:
- Work experience with references from past employers.
- Good DMV and Criminal records.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive drug test.
- A neat/clean appearance.
