Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Residential HVAC Sales professional, with a proven track record to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets in the residential market. The Residential HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for the complete customer experience which includes the in-home sales process, 100% customer satisfaction, image, application, design, and final installation review, to foster referrals.

Duties:

The customer relationship is your primary job to create company brand. Execute the in-home sales process. Execute quality evaluations with all customers on a timely basis. Paperwork completion, technology, and information for the company. Send pre-call sales education materials when appropriate. Complete all application and layout job forms. Complete the quality walk-through materials for homeowner. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Ask for referrals and reviews on each installation. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
Qualifications:

3+ years of in-home sales experience. 5 years of HVAC industry, or other construction specialty trade, experience. High school diploma or GED, or one to 12 months of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license. Ability to read, write, and speak English language. Local construction code requirements. HVAC equipment sizing. Collaboration skills. Communication proficiency. Ethical conduct. Thoroughness. Time management.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
