Responsibilities

1. Perform high-quality cleaning of residential spaces, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting throughout all living areas.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces.
3. Handle laundry-related duties such as washing, drying, folding, and changing linens when required.
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client preferences and ensuring satisfaction after each visit.
5. Keep a consistent standard of sanitation, ensuring safe and comfortable living environments.
6. Use proper cleaning tools, products, and safety procedures while handling various materials and surfaces.
7. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a consistent level of service.
8. Tasks may include cleaning floors, disinfecting countertops, polishing mirrors and glass, removing trash, and maintaining household order.

9. Employee is responsible for providing all cleaning materials as well as having reliable means of transportation

10. MUST BE ABLE TO LEGALLY DRIVE IN THE STATE OF IL

Skills

1. Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with strong attention to detail.
2. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for floors, surfaces, and furniture.
3. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
4. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
5. Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial roles
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform routine cleaning efficiently.
7. Previous hotel or detailed residential cleaning experience

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
