What you'll do
Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage laundry tasks, ensuring clothes are washed, dried, folded, and organized.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
Execute floor care duties such as carpet cleaning and maintaining hard surface floors to ensure they are pristine.
Maintain high standards of sanitation throughout all areas of the home.
Utilize janitorial experience to uphold cleanliness in both residential and commercial settings as needed.
Assist with cooking tasks when required, preparing simple meals or snacks for clients.
Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to ensure all cleaning protocols are followed.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment to ensure safe and effective use.
Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus.
Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning methods is beneficial.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within set timeframes.
