Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of residential properties. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote a healthy living environment. Execute floor care procedures including sweeping, buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage household chores such as organizing spaces, changing bed linens, and performing light cooking or meal prep when required. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly to supervisors.

Experience

Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Experience in hotel housekeeping or housecleaning management is a plus. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with laundry procedures and handling delicate fabrics with care. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
