What you'll do

Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential settings, ensuring all areas are spotless and inviting. Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain beautiful surfaces. Handle laundry duties with care, ensuring garments are washed, dried, and neatly folded or hung. Execute sanitation protocols to promote a healthy living environment for clients. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs. Utilize janitorial skills to maintain cleanliness in various areas of the home, including kitchens and bathrooms. Assist with cooking tasks as needed, preparing simple meals or snacks while adhering to dietary preferences. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

Experience

Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments can enhance your candidacy. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and effective cleaning techniques is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive client relationships. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
