We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The House Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team to deliver outstanding cleaning services that meet our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping duties such as laundry and floor care to ensure a tidy environment. Execute carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning services as needed. Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards in both residential and commercial settings. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices is essential. Ability to perform tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. A willingness to learn new skills related to commercial cleaning, sanitization, and specialized services such as carpet care is a plus.
