Force Solutions has an immediate need for New Home Construction Supervisor for a project in Billings, MT with lodging included. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to understand directions, follow instructions, and provide documented construction supervisor experience with home improvements. Job Details:
- Hours: 4x10 or 5x8
- Length: 4-6 Weeks
- Type of Facility: New Home Construction
- Pay Rate: $32
- Crew: 5-8 Framers (Preferably established crew)
- Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Monitoring construction processes
- Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
- Scheduling regular meetings with vendors and site inspectors
- Working closely with architects, Electricians, Plumbers, and other professions.
- Staying up to date with safety.
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Preview the work progress daily.
