Project Estimator

What You'll Do:

Prepare

detailed, data-driven estimates

for custom renovations and remodeling projects Create

professional, easy-to-understand proposals

that build trust with clients Support projects throughout the lifecycle--from scope development to final closeout Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to align pricing and plans Continuously enhance

cost databases, estimating systems, and proposal templates

What You Bring:

Experience in

residential estimating

or

construction project management

Solid knowledge of

building codes, construction techniques, and pricing strategies

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Familiarity with

RRP, OSHA

, and local permitting processes (a plus) A proactive mindset with a passion for accuracy and professional growth
