Residential Services - Degreed Professional Manager

to oversee staff and services for homes that provide 24-hour supervision and care.

What You'll Do

As a Degreed Professional Manager, you'll take the lead on:

Supervising and coaching direct support staff Overseeing client health, safety, and service quality Coordinating medical needs and appointments Maintaining individual and agency records Promoting a culture of respect, safety, and inclusion

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a human services field Experience in habilitation planning or support services preferred Current certifications: CPR, First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Medication Aide (or willingness to obtain) A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to perform physical support duties and on-call availability

Pay

Starting pay: $25/hour

Schedule

Flexible hours based on the needs of assigned residential homes. Evening or weekend availability may be required to support staff and respond to emergencies.
