Residential Construction Project Manager

to oversee projects from start to finish and ensure every build meets our standards of excellence.

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of residential renovation projects. This includes budgeting, scheduling, team management, and client communication. If you are a hands-on leader who takes take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and providing exceptional customer service, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Oversee all phases of residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion Work with site supervisors and junior project managers for onsite duties and tasks Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely progress and high-quality work Conduct on-site inspections to monitor work quality, adherence to plans, and compliance with building codes and safety standards Update Buildertrend (construction project management software) and communicate regularly with clients to provide transparent updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues proactively Review architectural drawings, permits, and change orders; ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, or cost overruns Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on every job site

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction Deep understanding of residential building codes, methods, and materials Proficient in construction management software (Buildertrend or similar) Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
