Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Residential / Commercial Fence Specialist to manage the entire sales and pre-construction process. This critical role involves meeting with clients, providing accurate estimates, securing necessary documentation, and maintaining communication to ensure a seamless transition from initial appointment to project completion.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person appointments with prospective residential and commercial clients regarding their fencing needs. Effectively present and sell a variety of fence styles (e.g., wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum) based on client needs, budget, and local regulations.

to achieve and exceed established sales goals. Accurately measure project sites and gather all necessary technical specifications. Develop detailed, professional, and accurate job cost estimates and proposals. Gather all required customer documentation (e.g., surveys, property lines, HOAs, etc.) necessary for permitting and project initiation. Liaise with the office/permitting team to ensure all local building codes and requirements are met. Maintain consistent and proactive communication with customers from the initial estimate through to final job scheduling and completion. Handle customer inquiries, changes, and concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements

Proven Sales Experience is preferred Strong attention to detail Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation is a plus. Professionalism: A professional appearance and demeanor for representing the company to clients. Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy appointment schedule and multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
