Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, sanitized, and comfortable. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in various cleaning disciplines.

Candidate will need to pass extensive background check. And Have at least one Professional Job reference.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met Handle floor care tasks such as vacuuming, and mopping to maintain pristine flooring surfaces Maintain high standards of sanitation in all areas of the home, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and restocked as necessary Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or custodial experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle various cleaning tools and supplies safely and effectively Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during scheduled appointments Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeper management is advantageous but not required Must have a reliable vehicle and Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
