a full-time position. Usual hours of operations are 9:30am until 3:00pm, Monday - Friday. Each job can vary between 2 to 5 hours.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring that each home is a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.

You can agree to what jobs fit your schedule. Business service hours are from 9am until 3pm. Jobs can range from 2-5 hours each. Scheduling per week varies- Part time work only. 1099 contractor work. This is excellent for someone who is looking for extra income and can be flexible with morning hours.

Requirements

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping and moping per floor type care instructions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit- Knowing how to be friendly, accommodating, yet PROFESSIONAL. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition and report any maintenance issues. (Supplies and equipment provided)

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus BUT not required.

A "willing to grow" attitude is highly desired*.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions for cleaning tasks._

Taking feedback is a part of this position.

_ Friendly demeanor. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks throughout the day. Experience in floor care techniques.
