Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented

Cleaning Partners (Independent Contractors)

to support residential and rental property cleanings in

Salt Lake County and Utah County

. This role is ideal for existing cleaning business owners or solo cleaners who want to

earn solid pay, fill slow days on their schedule, and build a long-term partnership

. You choose your availability, and we offer jobs that fit your schedule.

Duties

Perform high-quality cleaning services for residential and/or rental properties, including: Move-out cleans Follow provided cleaning checklists and standards to ensure consistent results Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns at properties Send Pre and Post Inspection Videos before and after every clean and submit to app. Communicate clearly and professionally with the coordination team Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work every scheduled job Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment (if required/approved)

Qualifications

Active business license

(LLC, sole proprietorship, or equivalent)

Liability insurance

with proof of active coverage

Previous professional cleaning

experience

English speaking

- able to read checklists, follow instructions, and communicate with the team

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

Experience with

move-out/turnover cleaning

High accountability

- reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Honesty and integrity

- trustworthy and professional in client homes/properties

Reliable transportation

to travel within Salt Lake County and Utah County

Smartphone

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
