Job Title: Residential Cleaner & Manager

We're on the lookout for more than a Residential Cleaner - we want someone hungry to become the face of the business as the Manager and grow it to new heights. You'll be partnering with a senior lawyer at a global hedge fund and a software engineer at a leading IT company who have a passion for cars, to build Miami's premier mobile detailing and residential cleaning service.

We want someone long term with skin in the game.

Along with $20/hr, you will earn a 5-25% quarterly revenue share/referral of the business + 100% tips

. For example, assume in a month, you work 50 jobs, 3 hours each, $200 each job, 10 of which you referred. You'll earn $3,000 base ($20503) + $500 base rev share ($200505%) + $200 referral ($2001010%) = $3,700 PLUS Tips! If you work more hours, hire additional people, make more revenue/referrals, the numbers go up. It's that simple!

Responsibilities

Lead and perform high-quality residential cleaning services across assigned homes and client sites. Train, manage, and schedule cleaning team members to ensure consistent service quality. Conduct inspections and quality checks for completed jobs. Communicate professionally with clients, addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, equipment, and product inventory. Create and implement cleaning protocols and efficiency improvements. Support marketing and growth initiatives to expand the residential cleaning division. Uphold company standards, safety procedures, and client confidentiality.

Requirements

2+ years of residential or commercial cleaning experience (managerial or lead role preferred). Proven ability to manage and train cleaning teams effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (background check required). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation to reach various client locations. Passionate about quality, consistency, and growth.
