Pioneer Property Management, Inc. is looking for a Cleaning person to join our team in

De Witt, IA

! This position will travel between 2 properties in De Witt and Maquoketa.

Job Summary:

As our Cleaning person, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our facilities in a manner that maintains the health and safety of our employees and residents.

Reports To:

This role reports to the Property Managers of each building.

Supervision

:

This role has no supervisory duties.

Functions/Responsibilities:

Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and walls

Clean and disinfect various items including but not limited to sinks, counter tops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, and refrigerators within break rooms and common areas

Replenish supplies in restrooms, breakrooms and kitchens

Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners

Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas; pick up trash from residents

Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting

Assist with unit turns including painting, moving appliances and furniture

Other duties as assigned

Competencies:

Proven cleaning experience

Ability to commute to and from work
