Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards and protocols.
Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks.
Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing duties.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that need special attention.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Must possess a reliable means of transportation to travel between job sites as needed.
