. Surrounded by natural mineral hot springs and the calm of the desert, Onsen is a sanctuary for relaxation, healing, and transformation. We're looking for a dedicated practitioner who embodies mindful living and can support guests on meaningful wellness journeys.
Ideal Candidate Has Experience In
Holistic wellness and natural healing practices
Guided body cleansing and detox programs
Kambo or other plant-medicine-based modalities
Yoga instruction, breathwork, or meditation
Mindfulness, grounding, and somatic practices
Integrative wellness coaching and customized wellness plans
Energy work, sound healing, or other alternative therapies (a plus!)
Role Responsibilities
Serve as the
resident wellness expert
, shaping and leading our year-round retreat offerings
Guide guests through intentional sessions enhanced by Onsen's natural hot springs environment
Facilitate detox, cleansing, or plant-based healing practices within safe, ethical guidelines
Provide yoga, meditation, breathwork, or movement classes (preferred but not required)
Create tailored wellness paths for retreat participants
Collaborate with management on programming, special events, and new holistic experiences
Maintain a nurturing, professional, guest-centered atmosphere
