Condominium in Kaneohe is accepting applications for a Resident Manager position. This position requires hands on skills as 90% of this job is landscaping, janitorial, pool and light maintenance. In addition, Resident Manager is responsible for house rules enforcement and providing good customer service. Applicant with CPO is preferred to perform daily swimming pool water testing and equipment maintenance but Association will consider applicants who are willing to obtain CPO within 90 days of hire. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently, organize and prioritize their task. Basic computer skills are required.
Compensation package includes:
Compensation of $14.00 an hour for a total annual salary of $27,300.00
2 bedroom 1-1/2 bath resident manager's unit, medical insurance and cell phone reimbursement.
This position is ideal for anyone who has worked as a landscaper or maintenance worker and is interesting in beginning a resident manager career.
