Job Description
Seeking Resident Manager for a small 52 unit condo located in Kaneohe. Experience desired but not required. Good command of the English language, both written and verbal. Able to maintain chemical levels in the pool, Certified Pool Operator preferred.
Maintain cleanliness of common laundry room, walkways and stairwells, and parking lot. Able to maintain neatness of the common landscaping between contractor visits. Ability to solicit proposals and handle emergency services. Position is on call 24/7. Must live on site. Benefits include use of a two-bedroom, one bath unit with a small back yard. Water, sewer, gas, company cell phone, internet service, and electricity are paid for by the Association. Must pass a criminal background check and a clean drug test.
