What You'll Be Doing
Lead and manage caregivers, med techs, CNAs, and overnight staff
Oversee all care assessments, service plans, and med administration
Maintain full compliance with
HHSC
,
HIPAA
, and
OSHA
Create and enforce structure -- staff training, communication loops, task tracking
Conduct rounds, MOD coverage, family follow-ups, and incident investigations
Coach team members with compassion andaccountability
What You Need to Bring
3+ years of leadership experience
in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or LTC
Strong comfort with
compliance, clinical oversight
, and
family communication
Hands-on experience with
EMAR/EHR

LVN license preferred
Familiarity with
Texas HHSC
standards is a must
