In this role you will be responsible for day to day operations as it relates to resident care while promoting and integrating the mission and philosophy of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. The RCC manages the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD. The RCC should be in close contact with resident families and be instrumental in care plan meetings and service issues as they relate to care.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

High school diploma

or

equivalent Previous Senior Living or caregiving

experience

Attention to detail

+ a heart for helping others

Big energy, bigger smile, and a can-do attitude
