Job Description

Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community located near the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks an efficient Resident Care Coordinator to join the Nursing team! This position will ensure staff are following all service plans and to provide overall quality support functions to residents and the care team. This individual will help to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure proper care staff coverage.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm



Pay: $26.50 - $27 per hour



Shift: Full-time



Main

Responsibilities



Maintains schedule for medication assistants and caregivers, including taking calls. Provides supervision to care team members to assure residents are provided the highest quality care. Maintains resident charts are archiving

Qualifications:



High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year experience as a Medication Assistant required.

Two years working and leading in Senior Living required, as well as experience coordinating service plans.


Language Requirement




All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
