Job Description

South Hills Senior Living is looking to hire an energetic Resident Assistants (RA) to join our team. This position is for 1st shift (6 AM to 2 PM) with every other weekend to be worked. The position is 16 hours per week. Additional hours may be available. As an RA your job will require you to:

Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their individual service plans Assist in all aspects of a resident's daily life, including meal service, social engagement and activities of daily living Administer medication to the residents (Require Medication Manager course that is provided by South Hills Senior Living and requires you to be 18+ years of age) Appropriately communicate with leadership Light housekeeping with the resident rooms and facility Interact with residents and family throughout the shift
