What You'll Do:

Assisting with personal care under the direction of the Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director and the Assistant Executive Director Administer medications according to certification and state guidelines Monitoring resident well-being and assisting with basic health-related tasks Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED CNA experience (Preferred) CMA certificate (Preferred) Medication Aide or Med Manager Certification (Preferred)

If you do not have a Med Manager certificate

, the position will require you to take the IALA Med Manager course provided by the community. Compassionate nature and commitment to senior care
