Resident Assistant

Responsibilities include working with up to 6 adults with special needs in home based and community settings. Teaching, coaching, supporting activities of daily living and the individual's pursuit of personal goals.

*Note:

Base pay is $15.00 per hour plus a $7.00 weekend shift differential for Saturday and Sunday. Employees must work full 12 hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday to receive the shift differential for the weekend. Weekend hours worked less than 48 will be paid at the base rate.
Must have a valid Florida Driver license with a

safe

driving record. The selected candidate will transport residents to and from community outings using the company vehicle.

Must obtain all required certifications including, Behavioral Assistant, Professional Crisis Management, Medication Administration and any other assigned trainings.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office i.e., Word and Excel.
