Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Provide medication assistance in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Support residents with mealtime needs, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration. Encourage physical and mental engagement to enhance residents' quality of life. Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to the appropriate staff. Uphold a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications:

Experience in caregiving, assisted living, patient care, nursing home support, or direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and vital signs monitoring is a plus. Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
