Under the general direction of the Business Manager, along with the Residency Program Administrator, the incumbent will support the department, including the residency, fellowship, training, clerkship programs, and travel needs. The incumbent will assist with managing training program compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Commission on Accreditation standards, LSUHSC-NO policies and procedures, and other regulatory requirements. The incumbent in this position will exercise high judgment and initiative; perform all duties in a highly responsible and independent manner; provide administrative support, as needed. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, team-oriented attitude, cultural sensitivity, and an understanding of the needs of the programs and department.
