Full-time Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am

Residence Support Staff

member to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll provide daily support to residents recovering from substance use and mental health disorders -- fostering a safe, structured, and supportive environment for healing and growth.

What You'll Do

Monitor resident activities and conduct regular security and safety checks Assist residents with daily schedules, educational sessions, and recreational activities Conduct new admissions procedures, including belongings processing and orientation Enforce house rules and maintain a safe, sober, recovery-focused atmosphere Prepare and share meals with residents as part of community-building Administer random drug tests and breathalyzers Communicate effectively with other staff and support team members Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Support residents with compassion, structure, and accountability

What We're Looking For

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

1 year of experience in a substance use disorder or mental health treatment setting preferred Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations Proficiency with basic technology and company systems (training provided)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position operates within a professional residential treatment facility. You'll be on your feet frequently, engaging with residents and staff, and occasionally lifting or moving objects up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals.
