JOB DESCRIPTION The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet, and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to pre-established plan-o-grams \xc2\xb7 Ensure brand, package and promotional goals are reflected in store sets \xc2\xb7 Communicate with customers on changes to the store as a result of reset activity \xc2\xb7 Sell-in incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs \xc2\xb7 Support sales team with trade execution including placing racks and other incremental equipment, updating and maintaining proper POS elements and ensuring accounts meet Look of Success (LOS) standards \xc2\xb7 Maintain clean and safe work area at all times \xc2\xb7 Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to product age, quality, and safety \xc2\xb7 Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor including but not limited to new business solicitation JOB REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 High school diploma, GED or equivalent required \xc2\xb7 1-3 years of general work experience required \xc2\xb7 Previous beverage industry and / or customer service experience preferred \xc2\xb7 Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred \xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach \xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time \xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance \xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination \xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print \xc2\xb7 Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis \xc2\xb7 Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets or exceeds company requirements Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 per hour Benefits:
