Reservations Attendant
Job Description
Attention all customer service superstars! Bandon Dunes Golf Resort seeks a dynamic and genuine Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent, you\'ll be responsible for helping our guests plan the ultimate golf getaway by managing their reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Our Reservations Department is located in Coos Bay.
We\'re not just looking for any Reservations Agent \xe2\x80\x93 we want someone with a knack for connecting with people and a passion for providing exceptional service. In addition, you\'ll need to be able to handle multiple requests and inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality or reservations is a plus but not required
- Experience in a call center is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
