Reservations Agent -Must currently live on Maui and must have a valid driver's license (REQUIRED). Please do not apply if you do not have these requirements.

Duties:

- Assist inquiring guests in booking their Maui accommodation based on their requests and needs

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner at their
accommodation
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries through phone, text, chat and email
- Provide information about property facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work on BOTH Saturdays AND Sundays and Holidays

Flexible schedule (Set days off are not guaranteed and will change on a weekly basis depending on the need for staffing on any given day)

Shift is currently 9:30 am - 6 pm (will change to 10:30 am - 7 pm in the high season: November - April with possibility to stay at 10:30 am - 7 pm depending on the need)

$2000 Signing Bonus after 6 months of employment

Starting pay: $21.00 per hour

After 90 days of employment: Pay can increase to $22.00 per hour (dependent on performance)

After 1 year of employment: Pay can increase to $23.00 per hour (dependent on performance)

1) Must currently live on Maui (please do not apply if you do not reside on Maui)

2) Valid driver's license and own personal vehicle

3) Full-time position only (40 hours per week). No part-time or casual positions available.
