We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Reservationist/Sales Agent to join our dynamic swamp tour company. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service through phone, and in-person interactions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable experiences for our guests while driving reservations and sales.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming reservations via multi-line phone systems, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Provide detailed information about our tours to assist guests in making informed decisions.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent front desk operations.
Maintain accurate reservation records.
Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
Maintain the cleanliness of all guest areas.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally.
Ability to work weekends.
Pay: $13.00 per hour
