Job Description

RESERVATION AGENT

SUMMARY: Seeking a responsible individual to join our team. This person should possess great phone skills and be able to communicate well and professionally with others.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Greet guest as they check-in and provide information about their vacation home and the area.

Make check-in packets for upcoming arrivals.

Take credit card payments, over the phone and in-person, for vacation rentals.

Assist tenants with issues in their vacation home and direct any concern to the proper department to be resolved.

Make reservations using our Escapia software.

Assist the Property Manager with other duties.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST:

Have excellent customer service skills.

Be a quick learner.

Have a valid driver's license.

Work well under pressure.

Keep your work area spotless at all times.

Have great writing skills.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

EXPERIENCE: Preferred but not required.
