Reservation Agent

We're seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Reservation Agent to join our Maui-based vacation rental team. In this full-time role, you'll assist guests in booking their ideal stay with us, ensuring a seamless and welcoming reservation experience.

Hourly pay ranges from $20-$25/hour based on experience. This is a full time position, and includes 1 weekend day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle guest inquiries professionally, both online and over the phone

- Manage reservations and send detailed communications to guests

- Address guest questions and resolve any concerns promptly and efficiently

- Support daily office operations as needed

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in reservations or hospitality is required

- Familiarity with Track software is preferred

- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

- Knowledge of Hawaii and a warm, friendly demeanor are essential
