We are seeking a program evaluator or researcher to support the Impact Measurement and Learning team in measuring the results of our work. This paid internship has an anticipated start date of

January 2026

, with an option to continue throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of analysis plans, including the definition of key variables, coding structure, and statistical methods Clean and analyze datasets in SPSS and Qualtrics and share findings with teams across the organization Produce high-impact data visualizations to communicate key findings Assist with updates to the Qualtrics surveys Provide recommendations and insights via meetings, emails, written reports, and decks Assist with the distribution of study incentives, including coordinating with our contact center and corresponding with our older adult participants, as needed

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university, be considered a graduate student or postdoctoral student, and remain academically enrolled throughout the internship Pursuing a degree in public health, public policy, social work, education, or social sciences Must be a self-starter and adaptable, with the ability to work under tight deadlines Ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate project needs, and discern work priorities Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative study methods and study design is required Skilled in the Qualtrics survey platform and SPSS Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Prior work experience managing studies (evaluation or research) is a plus

Compensation and Benefits


The hourly range is $18 for undergraduates, $21 for graduate students, and $28 for Ph.D. candidates. Internships are non-exempt positions and are not eligible for employee benefits.
