Job Summary
The Research Data Manager will be responsible for:
- Directing data flow for studies supported by the Research Program.
- Collaborating with Project Directors and Principal Investigators on the design, development, implementation, and validation of modest databases.
- Establishing and following procedures for effectively entering, cleaning and managing data. Developing and maintaining data record filing system.
- Providing data management support to study staff, including senior data managers
- Assisting research biostatisticians with analysis file creation and statistical analyses
- Supporting clinical research reporting for data review, quality control checks, and interim and final analysis
- Designing developing, and validating databases using application software suitable for supporting research investigations
- Providing educational support and training to investigators and study staff for the development and implementation of research studies
To qualify, you must have:
- A Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in health science, mathematics or related field.
- A minimum of two or more years of data entry and data coordinator experience.
- The analytical skills to handle clinical research data in an organized, accurate and timely manner.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with data management and statistical software
- Critical attention to detail and accuracy.
