Research Associate
to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform suspension cell culture and optimize growth conditions to ensure high cell viability and productivity.
Establish and maintain stable transgenic cell lines for research and production purposes.
Produce and purify lentiviral vectors with a focus on quality, consistency, and scalability.
Support the validation of transferred technologies and products, including testing of producer cell lines for viral vector production.
Participate in the development and implementation of analytical methods; contribute to technical development reports.
Assist in the design and execution of validation protocols and technology transfer documentation.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all experimental procedures and data; proactively report and troubleshoot issues.

: Perform basic bioinformatics analyses and manage biological data using relevant databases and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. PhD or experienced Master's degree holders are highly preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to thorough documentation.
Excellent hands-on laboratory skills and adherence to good scientific practices.
Prior experience with suspension cell culture for viral vector production is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR is highly desirable.
Experience with assays related to viral vectors, plasmids, and biological activity is an advantage.
